"The Advocate I" is a 4x6" abstract watercolor representation of the Enneagram personality Type 1 with a Type 2 wing.

The loose wet-into-wet technique I use for the background of these pieces ended up with some really fascinating blooms, runs, and granulation that I really love. The cerulean blue, gold, and copper of the Type 2 wing colors swoop in to give just enough clarity without detracting from the fascinating movement of the background. The little dots of color are an addition unique to this piece - I don't think I added dots to any of the other paintings in the collection.
 
With hand-deckled edges, this painting would look amazing in a floater frame or shadow box!
